The State of Utah Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR) is a publication of the Department of Administrative Services, Division of Finance. The CAFR has been formatted in portable document format 6.0 (PDF). If you have not already installed the Adobe Acrobat Reader, download a free copy.

The Division of Finance is responsible for the fair presentation of the financial statements of the State of Utah and for the preparation of the Comprehensive Annual Financial Report (CAFR). The contents of the CAFR present the State's financial position and results of operations, as well as certain demographic and statistical information to help the reader understand the financial condition of the State for the fiscal year ended June 30.
