Payroll System Training

This course will introduce you to the State of Utah SAP Payroll System. It will teach you how to navigate the screens, enter time sheet and miscellaneous data, review the results of payroll processing, and find relevant employee information such as leave balances, etc.

You must complete the course and the course evaluation before you receive access to the SAP system. The evaluation consists of 20 questions randomly selected from a pool of questions.

When you pass the course evaluation with a correct score of 80% or higher, you will have access to an online “Certificate of Completion”.  Type your name on the certificate in the name field provided, print the certificate, and fax a copy of the certificate along with the security request form PYSA1 to the Payroll Security Administrator at (801)538-3135.
