In-State Caterer List


State Policy

Agencies who host a group event at their own facility may need to hire a caterer to provide food for meals and/or breaks for the event. State policy allows the following per diem amounts for such gatherings: breaks – $4 per person; breakfast – $9 per person; lunch – $11 per person; dinner – $16 per person. The State will reimburse the agency for gratuity in addition to the per diem amounts.

The caterers listed on this page have previously worked with agencies to provide food for the State's per diem rates. If you have questions about catering an event, contact Tami Nelson in the State Travel Office at taminelson@utah.gov.
